Is that an oscilloscope??

Yeah I couldn't get it to do anything probably been sitting in the rain for about a month or more......I did try to power up

I just picked up an oscilloscope. Is there anything to them? Not sure what to do with it.

If u can get it powered up. It might just be the input module.
