Hey I'm in, even tho they will most likey raise the price to make up the lost.
I pay for the same gas - 8.66$ a gal.
:|
^Where sam is it that high?
8.66 a gallon where do you live 500 miles from the nearest station or what. I hope that was a typo because you just made me feel a 100 percent better about 3.99 a gallon and I was just b$#ching about gas being 3.61 on the other end of the my state.
Filled up @ $3.66 today. $123
Yeah same here it is about 3.57 a gallon. First time it is ok to live in Jersey.
I'm guessing he lives in England.
Canada maybe???
Canada is under 5 bucks a gallon.
im in lol
I'll guess Alaska
I leave in Israel.
We all pay that crazy prices... and no, it's not a typo, 8.66$ a gal.
Diesl is just tid bit lower...
4.22 in sacramento ca why are prices so high , why invade a country if your dont take the spoils. I say we kick a couple birds out of their nests and start some pipelines. In fact, I know the name of those birds I believe its called dinner
Am I right in thinking a US Gallon is about 3.8 litres which makes gas roughly a dollar a litre at the minute? In England we pay £1.40 a litre, which is about $2.20 a litre or $8.36 a US gallon, give or take a few cents. Diesel is more expensive still.
Without wanting to hijack the thread, if you had to pay UK fuel prices ($2.20 a gallon) how would this affect the dynamics of your scrapping? Would you still offer free collections? Or do regular trash night cruises/routes? How far would you drive for a single appliance?
(Assuming you do any of these things).
I believe UK pays more because they dont subsidize gas where US eats parts of the cost but that doesnt account for why it is still expensive at all
we pay 1.40 liter so 5.30 a gallon
The UK cost is nearly 70% taxes. The product costs most of the balance, with petrol retailers earning about 5p per litre sold.
