I know that here in Hawaii, everyone bringing in copper to sell needs to have a form filled out and notarized explaining exactly what kind of copper (wires, pipes, etc.) is being sold, how much, where you got it, if you got it from someone you need their permission, etc.

Yup, I had another thread because someone cut a cat out of a car in our parking lot at work last week (there were 7 other thefts reported in the city lately) Morons giving honest scrappers a bad name.
