TIP to scrappers- DO NOT rip into peoples garbage bags!

This happens to my trash also.

I said it in another post about plastic dishwasher tub out front and this guy looks at it durring the day and comes back at night thinking that the steel, wires, motor ect are in the garbage can. This is one example.

One night i went out there to confront him. Said there is no scrap in the can. You can have whatever is outside of it but i dont want you looking in my garbage can.

He said "we will see. im looking for metal."

I said im calling the police and he bursts out "If your garbage can is on the curb its public property."



I said no its not, and then said brown jeep with head light out, liscenes plate # out loud. He left in a hurry and that took care of it for a few months. Now hes back again. These tweekers give us bad names as scrappers. Im sure he is one of the tv bashers as well.
