Nice that they took my money for the Freon blueprint and then never delivered. Opened up a support ticket close to a month ago and have heard nothing. Posted several threads about the BS & still nothing. Then my computer decided the forum had a security issue so I’m stuck with the cell phone app.

Do a chargeback or whatever they call it these days through however you paid.

Your credit card/debt company will know.

I actually reported the OP's first post to the powers that be. I told them there was a member that had spent money and received nothing and asked them when were they going to do something about it.

Never heard a word.

It's a forum. Not an encyclopedia.

Being the greatest you should already know everything. Or are you just 1/4 greatest an the rest normal? You know...like the people who get all excited because 1/8 of 1% of them is native American.

Results of sand angel class : I dunno, I never called them back in from the ocean. They could be half way to Bermuda by now. The coolers are doing well, fat an happy. Two have been sacrificed for the greater good. The beverages were nice an frosty though.
