    Emailed Denis Friday morning (day after Thanksgiving). By early afternoon, after a few emails back and forth, I invoiced him. He prepaid via paypal. I shipped the package in the afternoon post. It arrived today and he let me know that my weight was spot-on. Very good communication. +1 satisfied customer.
