I've emailed him 3 times asking for prices and letting him know I'm coming through Houston next month. Seems it would be easier to email a price list. It definitely doesn't inspire confidence when the company emails go unanswered...

**Just an update that Carlos did respond to my emails this evening (7/24) and is working on prices for me. He said he has been very busy, so hopefully that means business is good!

yes he is pretty busy and i thought the same thing. myself and 2 others have dropped off and received a fair priced check that cleared good from him. he has a loading ramp and a large scale and forklift. good luck on your travels. by the way when you get there the address seems like its the funeral home on the corner of the building but look left to the loading dock and thats where he is.
