Nobody here is going to save 500 lbs of processors. I go through 2000 computers a month and can come up with about 12-14 lbs of processors in that time. And frankly unless your company sent me a truck I wouldn't waste my time with motherboards either. We would want to see prices on specifics like telecom, high grade motherboards including laptop boards, finger cards...things that are actually worth the 50-85 cent a pound hit to ship. The other thing is...slot processors are great, best yet I've seen...but NOBODY here even the buyers is going to have 500lbs or even 50 lbs for you.

It can be done LOL.......Personally I don't wanna look at this crap any longer than I have to(cash takes up less space)...........I personally would rather have the cash in my pocket than a large quantity of processors.......To each his own I just was interested because Nashville is really not to far away from me (several hours).......Where is your facility located in Nashville........I dealt with one ewaste place there once or twice when I first started getting into ewaste but moved away........They also did not seem very interested in (small) amount so I kinda wrote them off.........

If you can email me directly I will go into further detail about our pricing, payment terms that we are flexible with, and what we buy and sell. We are a large company that is growing so we don't accept any weight less than 500 lbs total. You don't have to have 500 lbs of each. It also must be on pallets.

    Thank you

my question is this.........Is it worth the real estate to save 34,000 lbs of plastic..........If you did the math would it cost more to store that much plastic than it would be worth???????.......Very interesting questions good luck to all

You'd need a baler. And most likely, they want it baled anyway.

I'd probably go for chipping or granulating over baling... I can't imagine baling that much material anyways, it would take forever smashing, filling it with maybe ten monitor shells and smashing again...chip it and be done.

Plastic has value that is much higher than what we are paid for it. So yes, it is worth it to store that much. There is a huge disconnect when it comes to plastic recycling and e scrap for some reason.
