If your results with this company are not satisfactory then you should post a review here. Some members will not look elsewhere for a review. From what I have read here and the other thread it looks like people are better off getting a credit at Staples than dealing with any buyers of empty toner/printer cartridges. Cannot recall one buyer who has been uostanding and truthful that has joined this forum. Looks like the above buyer will be falling into that same category.
