    1. Do you pay freight for full truck load.
    2. If my screens are damaged somehow in transit, do I get some sort of credit at all or nothing?

    Thanks
My short answer is yes I would pay freight for a full truck load if I feel I could handle that amount of volume.

If screens are damaged in transit I dont pay for those.

I'm assuming that the $6.50 good screen laptops don't need HDDs, but do they need RAM? Some of mine may be missing it....

Adding my experience to the long list of Terry’s positive reviews.

Unlike other people’s experiences, mine was not smooth sailing, through no fault of Terry. There was a significant discrepancy in my two pallet shipment when it reached the end user. After a bit of back and forth between all parties, Terry was able to resolve the matter and completed the transaction as forecast. I received his payment check a couple days ago.

In my opinion, a true indicator of a company’s customer service only comes out when there is a problem. It’s easy to look good when everything is going according to plan. In this case, Terry showed me that he is running a first class operation, and has gained my trust.

Are we still good for reimbursement if we haul the pallet to a freight terminal on our truck?

Assembled and shipped my first pallet of laptops and LCDs. Couldn't have done it without Terry's great services.

It's a one stop shop for buyer and shipper.

Excellent service and turnaround time. Thank you again

Putting in another good word for Terry here- I shipped 4 gaylords of LCD's on Thursday, and had payment in my account this afternoon(Tuesday).

I also used his regular freight services for the first time and had a great experience. I shipped a load of resale laptops to an ebay buyer and got a really good rate. I saved a few hundred dollars by shipping freight instead of USPS/Fedex.

It's easy to be pleased when everything is smooth, and there are no challenges. You find out a lot about a buyer when there is an issue.

Terry proved himself to be one of, if not, the best buyers that I've used. I sent in an ugly pallet of monitors and complete laptops:

    Pretty, isn't it?

My lot arrived without incident, and was tested out in about 4-5 business days. For the amount of material, I'm amazed that it could be processed so quickly.

Terry is very flexible on payment. He could even do a direct deposit, but I've had problems with them in the past, so I simply elected for a check. Terry sent a check the next day, but the lovely Post Office decided to lose it somewhere. Two days after the delivery estimate for the check, Terry asked me if it came. It hadn't, but I wasn't in a hurry, so we just decided to wait a week. A week later, the Post Office still didn't know what had happened. We decided on using MoneyGram (It's like Western Union), as it would be an easy, quick, and cheap route. Terry delivered- he had everything done within 30 minutes. I picked up my payment later in the day.

    ---------

Most transactions go a lot easier. You don't learn a lot from a buyer then, though. Everything goes smoothly, and you're happy. With this lot, Terry really stepped up and did more than he needed to, and more than most buyers would. Through an experience that wasn't his fault, Terry proved himself to be honest and trustworthy in a way that couldn't be done otherwise.

Terry has earned a customer for life. I think he'll earn your business for life, too....
