Is that CPU price for scrap 775s (Untested), or for more than scrap ones?

I'll round some up for you- I doubt that I have a large flat rate box, but I'll see what I can come up with. On the PGA-478s, are ones with bent pins acceptable?

Approximately how many pounds does it take to fill a large flat rate box?

I don't know how much this helps, but the only large flat rate box that was one item was RAM. Filled to the brim, the box held 30#. I don't know how that correlates to CPUs, though. The metal caps should make them more dense than RAM, so I'd assume that more pounds would fit in a large flat rate box.

After shipping, I can tell you, if you wanted to you could just about get 50lbs of procs in a box.

Yeah, about 30 - 50 lbs; less if you fill it with more Rambus RAM than processors.
