His price list is on the first page of this thread. He does not buy platters that I know of. You are better selling those on E-bay.

Platters are purchased at clean hard drive pricing: $.44/lb
wanted again to say thank you to ewasted payed way more than expected ,thank you again .No on platters i wish i known i had 200 lbs of them and got less at scrap i didnt know no i do ,.
After seeing all the postive reviews for ewasted i sent out my first load to him today.
i am ready to send my 1st shipment. i contacted ewasted for a quote to compare with the one i have but have not heard back from them since yesterday. if i do the lot/quote number on the website do i have to use the shipping label or can i pay for shipping on the front end? does anyone that has used ewasted know?
ok, i see how it works now. after you submit the info on the web site you are sent an email with your account info. once you log in you can click on a link for the shipping label where you enter your package size and weight then you receive another email that tells you how much the shipping will be. so, in short, once you request a quote you are not locked in to using their shipping option. with that said, their quote was about 15 dollars cheaper than the cheapest quote i received from anyone. thanks, guys...i look forward to doing a lot of business with ya'll.
You can use and pay for your own shipping. I have a Fed Ex account so I have used that in the past.
I know right? I am about to send my first load, 2000-2500lbs (could be as much as 3000lbs total) in a few days via freight. This requires a lot of trust but because of the amount of positive reviews and the pricing I think its the best option, the freight is only a measly $233, that's soooooo cheap compared to any other alternative. Hopefully all goes well and I have someone to continually ship loads to. I look forward, nervously, to the results. I'll let ya'll know how it goes!
Prices updated today! If you shipment ARRIVED here by today it will received the pricing from 10/1/12
If it gets here tomorrow it has the new pricing schedule. Thanks!
dang, prices went down as my shipment grows :(
Ye who hesitates loses!
Yup, yup me also......that's the way the ball bounces though!! Love Ewasted my the way!! ;)
Still need pics anyone can post them, and can anyone give me an example of there items stuffed into boxes so that I can maximize my shipping capabilities please! Thank you Aaron
Hoping my package of 18 pounds of RAM arrived today.
I sent a test run of about 47 lbs of material earlier this month. The website was updated continually with the status of my shipment. There were several types of material, all sorted and separated before shipment. There were some very high value and very low value materials, so there was a lot of room for "variance", and I would have had zero recourse. His weights exactly matched my certified scales, and I didn't send him my numbers, just a total shipping weight. He paid exactly according to his posted rates. I received a check 8 days later. This is the way things should be done.
Now, about prices. Love this guy's memory prices. And though most other materials have good pricing, I have buyers that will pay well over his rates on certain materials but I have spent years cultivating these contacts. I'm not saying he's unfair, he did exactly as he promised. Everybody has to consider their profit margin, or they won't stay in business.
My assessment: honest, accurate, and timely.
Otherwise, I wouldn't be sending him gaylords of memory.
You say you love his memory prices but wouldn't send him gaylords of memory?
I know for a fact Mario will work with you on prices for thousands of pounds of material. Putting more money in your pocket. So if you already love his prices why wouldn't you work with him for gayloards of material?
I also agree with Shendog, please share this CPU buyer. I want to sell pentium pros @ $60 per cause ill clean house for that, and please don't say ebay.
Mario is by the far the most reviewed, most respected and busiest buyer on this forum.
*sniffle sniffle* Right when I send out my lotQuote:

Oh yeah, I read that you also buy IC chips at $5/lb, is this still accurate, I didn't see it on the price list? I have 61lbs at the moment.
Meanwhile, I got to go weigh my load before I ship it tomorrow!
I thought I'd clarify a few things.
First, I have no issues with ewasted's business. His prices are comparable or beat most companies that I've dealt with. I've found that companies that pay better usually won't deal with you unless you have x tons, a truckload, or even guarantee them x tons per month.
Secondly, about my CPU guy: The trick here is volume. Massive volume. He claims to sell single-material truckloads straight to a refinery. I suspect that he sends it overseas (and from there?). What I do know is that I send him gaylords of CPU's at a time; and I'm one of the smaller guys he buys from. Also, although his CPU prices are extraordinary, he specializes; he doesn't pay as much for other materials. I even broker a few of his materials to some of my other buyers. Never underestimate the power of networking.
Ewasted runs a clean business. Payment is prompt and fair. And I intend to do quite a bit of business with CFCS.
I have to say I am always pleased with Ewasted.......I understand they are busy but every couple of days there is a check in my mailbox..........I can DIG IT!!!!!!!
Another bump for Ewasted, another smooth transaction. He is very prompt on any questions i have. I'm a small timer shipment 100lbs or less usually but still he treats me as good as anyone. His prices are very good and when i have questionable items I know i can trust him to pay fairly. I also like the prepaid shipping labels. Can't go wrong with Mario! thanks bud.
