Please give me a pm or just tell me how I need to mail board in. I do have a few questions as I have both small and large boards. Can they be mixed together and also do cpu's need to be mailed separate. I know you can use fed ex but not sure of exactly how the process works.

Personally, I actually separate all my boards by type (different sockets, server, CD/DVD, PCI, etc) and even label them (stick a piece of paper on the top of each stack.) I know I don't need to do this, but I keep my stuff separated anyways so it just takes a second, and I figure it'll help me get my check that much faster
Just leave the brackets on until we're told to do otherwise... they really don't weigh that much, anyways.
I seem to remember reading a few times that you can literally throw everything you've got into a big pile in your box and they'll sort it for you... but I dunno, seems kind of rude to me. EWasted's company seems to be doing quite well, and so must be really busy... like I said, if it just takes you an extra second to save them potentially many minutes, why not?
If you have a problem or question about shipping, talk to the online chat rep if they're available, or leave a message through the same link. They've always gotten back to me by the next day.

Can you provide a price list, and describe how you would like them, for CD, DVD, and 3.5" floppy boards?

    Thanks,

This question I asked really didn't get fully answered. What I want to know is the price per pound of each of the boards and how you want them to get that price. For instance the 3.5" floppy boards have a motor in which sometimes the copper windings come off as I am trying to remove the outer motor casing (the piece with the magnet ring inside). Do you need the copper windings in order for me to receive the full price? Or do I leave the entire motor on?

Also, in the case of some CD and DVD boards they have a large (full dimension) green board (this is a no brainer), but in other cases they have 2 boards, 1 fully green which is usually 1/2 to 3/4 of the drive size as well as a smaller brown board and the two are joined with a thin ribbon. In the "combo" board case would you take both or just the larger one?

    Thanks,
    Brent

Hello... we have a price list. You are on the thread for it. It is on the first page.
Floppy boards are paid on sort from $2.50 to Motherboard pricing - vast majority will fall under motherboard pricing.
    Please remove the motors.

Both boards are fine but if memory serves me correctly the brown board pays less. i dont think there is much on there.

Woah, woah... floppy boards pay 2.50-motherboard? I think the question was referring to the smaller "hard disk" floppy drives, not the larger. The ones that are usually brown on one side, or a dark shade of green. The way I read his question about the board involving the "copper windings" is he's asking about the boards that are actually made of metal... I can't imagine those (or the brown/dark green ones) are worth motherboard grade. I can almost believe that the brown/green ones might be worth a couple bucks per pound, just because the pins to board ratio is pretty high.
The large floppies (5.25) always have high grade boards with green on both sides, from what I've seen... is that what you're talking about, EWasted?

Edit : Also, just got my check yesterday for my last load, another +1 for EWasted and his co.! Packing up another box as we speak, would have been out already but I've been amazingly short on "spare" time lately

If I can figure out how to do so, (yes I have read the "how to"), I will post some pictures here and then you can attach your price to it if you choose to do so.

BTW I am not looking to stir the pot, just want to make sure I provide you with product prepared the way you want it to get a better payday that's all. Shipping from Canada can be costly, so I want to make sure I don't just end up putting fuel in someone's truck and nothing left for me.

2nd review - better late than never right?
I had another quick, hassle-free, better paying business transaction with cash for computer scrap (aka Ewasted). I just requested my packing slip for the next box!! Very happy about the pricing going up - even if it happened after the fact! Only bummer is I didn't get one of these keychains that I've heard rumors about... no worries though I'm sure that my ignition is thankful! lol

Put your curser on Ewasted's name and it will take you to his page here on the forum. On his page is a link to his business web site. You can do this for any of the members. Mike.

Sending in another box on Monday. Has some high grade Cisco telecom boards included in it. I'm expecting a good price paid on them. I'll let y'all know how it goes. I'm sure it will exceed my expectations like always.
