I requested a prepaid shipping quote and got my labels. I requested that the packages be picked up and I was wondering if I needed to request the pickup from the FedEx website or did you guys do that already? I realize these questions are best served on your site, but I need an answer ASAP considering the packing is going out tomorrow. Thanks.
