@Mikeinreco- Were you paid for all of the dead LCDs? If so, that's good enough for me!

    Thanks!
Yes I was paid.....I think they have different categories depending on size, if screen is physically broken ETC......Don't quote me on this but yes I have never not been paid by this company for anything I have ever sent

    couple questions:

Green fiber with heatsink pins and pinless:
Do all sizes fall into this catagory? Or should I bag up different sizes accordingly?

    Hard drive boards:
I wont get the sorting fee if I send them sorted, correct?

That's my philosophy. Fine tune some things I've been wanting to do. Of research. As far as shipping, I've only sold boards twice. And that was local. No where near what ewasted pays. It was small amounts. So for the past year I've been hoarding. I have a 2011 e250 , so iam gonna wait till I have at least 1800# of material and deliver it myself. Nice road trip.4 hrs one way. Haven't really done the math yet. I get 16/miles per gal. That's around town truck is always loaded. So I should do good on highway. Especially on return trip.

For motherboards, the LGA sockets and the PGA sockets can be mixed. The heatsinks need to be removed from the motherobards, though.

For HDD boards, I've never been hit with a sorting fee. I just send my CD and DVD boards in a separate box.

ok thanks matador. The wording of the sorting fee makes it seem like they will charge you no matter what. I Don't want the fee if I took the time to sort them.

I was asking about processors not Motherboards.
These are 3 different processors (reverse on left)
They are all green fiber with heat sink, and pins. Do they all fall in the same category?

Good question. Here's what I do:

The middle row is Pentium 4s (PGA 478). I group them together.

The other two rows are AMD (Closest to us), and the farthest row is Intel Socket 423. They're both a large socket green fiber CPU, so they go together.

You could probably put them all together, but I separate out my 478s (I just throw them in a separate sandwich bag). I've never been charged sorting for that.

Does anybody else know if we should just lump them all together?

Was just wondering the same thing. I sent off 3 boxes on Friday and Fedex would normally be able to get them delivered on Monday, but they delivered on Tuesday due to a weather delay.
Also sent an email through the website. Just hope all is well on Ewasted side.
