Mario, Got your email announcement about being backed up somewhat in processing shipments. I'm getting ready to send you a couple of boxes of stuff so process it when you can of course. We all wish we could just send the scrap and get paid immediately but it doesn't always work that way sometimes. I've noticed that local metal scrapyards are starting to buy computer scrap also in my area. I think they are trying to come up with any way they can to make up for poor metal prices so they are being forced to get into the ewaste business just to stay in business period. Appreciate your business, Mario. Regards, Chris Hyder.

Just completed my most recent transaction with Mario. There was a delay in processing greater than I had anticipated but I was contacted twice during that time. I continue to be satisfied with prices and process.

To the newer folks I will explain a little about this lot I sent to Mario. It consisted of approximately 1475lbs of material on one pallet and the shipping cost was just under $0.11/lb.

I used Mario to arrange shipping. I live in coastal N.C. with ONE public shipping dock,YRC( was Yellow Freight). My son put a pallet on the dock and put boxes on it building the pallet. Hopefully this will assist someone else who has not made a shipment and is considering it.

Thank you, Mario and keep up the good work. 73, Mike

I've seen excellent reviews for Mario for quite some time now, and I am considering switching buyers to him when I get enough material to send. I will be moving soon, and so I need to sell off what little I have now so I can go ahead and get cleaned up for the move. But, overall, I am going to definitely going to be switching to him!

At my health and age its two days up and two days back with a 2001 ford van. Gas hotelsssss, food, no way it costs less than $158.00. But I do recommend that you consider making one trip to see Mario as my wife and I did several years ago. We both learned from our time with Mario.

Please check with Mario to arrange dropping off in person rather than shipping as I did this time. 73, Mike

I just sent to boxes to this company and it was my mistake but the fedx prepaid label wasn't used but instead usps was used for shipping my material. I put in both of my boxes my name, address and lot id. Also have been checking my account and email but have not received any sort of response as to what is going on with my shipment. I have sent support tickets 2 different times and no response as of yet. I included the tracking numbers of my boxes in a support ticket as well as anyone email to the company explaining the situation. But no one has been interested in my issue or something. My material was sent out on October 7th .any suggestions?

    Hello
We have infact responded to your emails. I found errors in the transmission:
<tac852413XX@XXXX.com>: delivery temporarily suspended: connect to
    alt4.gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com[209.85.203.27]:25: Connection timed out
(X was added for your privacy)

I just tried to call you and your box will not accept any messages.

If you ship on your own, your lot is checked in when we open the lot... since it is outside of our control, for security and accountability purposes we don't open it until we have the intent to go through and sort it.
Additionally the tracking number you provided is not pulling anything up on the USPS website.

I am showing we have responded gracefully to nearly 8-10 emails you had, but for some reason the emails were bounced back and placed into the junk box automatically.. since we had not had this issue before, we didn't think to check it. Not sure how these things happen. Just wanting to share the facts.

Sounds like Tac852413 has a few problems of his own he needs to address. Another handy was to communicate with CFCS is you could always chat with someone online at Cash for your Computer Scrap | Cash for Computer Scrap web site. There is usually someone online during regular business hours. The chat link is on the lower left hand side of the page . It shows when someone is available to answer your questions and they will get you the info you need and ansers to your questions
I've used it on several occasions and it's simple and convenient.

Parcel is about a day behind, freight is still lagging... if you shipped freight email me for an update. Really having trouble judging production... we just spent 8 hours cleaning batteries off of boards, definitely didn't see that coming.

Just wondering about charges if someone sends in a load with batteries, I know that the load that took 8 hours to remove them would cost them more. I am wondering about a few mercury relays of a battery for a small shipment. Is there a fee per item removed?

There is the challenge! The batteries were on small boards that weigh almost nothing, so we deduct on a per lb basis... only to lose on it, not to mention it continues the back log.
Please email us the photo of the mercury relay board. Thanks!

I have the worst luck with things at times. But everyone who i came into contact with was more than helpful and the process is so simple if you just use the pre-paid shipping label. Mario called me personally just to reassure me that his team was on top of it. I honestly apologized to Mario for my 2 boxes of materials causing confusion, but my second shipment will be using the prepay fedx labels. I was happy with the customer service & again they were always there just in case you may have questions regarding anything in the process. And again thank you Mario and team. I'll be sending all my escrap business to these guys.

A very belated thank you to Mario, and his crew, for another great and professional exchange. I took about a half pallet of items in last month on my way to pick up a lot of vintage computers I was purchasing about 20 miles away. I waited around and they processed my pallet quickly, professionally, and as always were very on point. I noticed that the whole laptops I had brought in was not listed on my receipt. I mentioned something to the lady (I'm horrible with names) and she told me she would look into it and just send the payment via paypal once they figured it out. Sure enough a couple weeks later, and after already forgetting about it myself, I got a payment from Mario for $18.94. It just goes to show you how much he goes above and beyond in every aspect of his business. He is a true testament of what can be done with hard work and dedication. So another A+ review for Mario and his staff at CFCS.
