Does anyone know if they are having server problems again? Chat hasn't been available today. I've received two emails saying they sent my freight quote but no quote attached and nothing in my spam folder. Taking 3 hours to get an email reply as well. Highly unusual...

I have no idea, but I'm waiting for a shipping quote as well from an order I started on Friday. I haven't heard anything from them today. Perhaps they are just super busy from the holiday delays?

Just to follow up, ALL of the emails they had been sending me, yesterday and today, arrived together at 6:40pm today Central time. So, it does seem to be a server issue...? Hope to get it sorted and my pallet on it's way tomorrow...

I have been waiting since the 13th of Dec to get 348 lbs processed and paid. Had an issue. There total lbs at the end was less than I had sent. Was getting response until recent, then was told Mario was out of the office would be back today. Still haven't heard anything.

We are having email issues again... we are going to start looking at moving where our emails are hosted. We have responded to some emails 10 times! We are getting no kick back emails saying it wasn't sent either.

I've made many phone calls to you. We have been communicating regarding this via email.
Long story short we had an issue with weights somewhere. I had requested a packing list as he had indicated he had one. We submitted what we had which showed our weights OVER what he actual sent. In other words some of what was on the report needs to be removed and we were looking for some guidance.

This has been in limbo during a tough time of year, I apologize as if it appeared we dragged our feet out on this one.

We had also called, emailed over what we had and we were asked when we would make payment, even after we notified there was an error here to work out.

Please email us back so we can work this out and get you paid. Thanks

Another load delivered, processed and paid for. There were 39 different categories of material in the 8 gaylords that were sent. When I looked at the settlement list I was a VERY HAPPY customer. Thanks to Mario and the crew for another job well done!

Thanks to all the great reviews here, I just made my first shipment to Ewasted. Only 30lbs of gold memory and ceramic CPU's but I'm looking forward to the results. I'm thinking about shipping the rest of my material on a pallet but I'm a newbie when it comes to making larger shipments. Any advice on the best way to ship considering I'm doing this from my home with no loading dock? I may have a means of getting it to a shipping company but I have no idea where to start. What are the average rates for 300-500lbs? Thanks in advance, any help is appreciated!

Rates are going to depend where in NY you are. I have shipped from Albany to Ohio using our resident shipper and also directly thru Mario a few years ago. The last time, I believe it was about $0.10 per pound (about 1500 pounds). Not sure what rates Mario is currently able to get.

It may pay to check into lift gate service from a trucking company. I know of at least one member of the forum that offers that service. It usually costs more but it may be worth it if you are doing upper side of 500 lbs and better consistently.
