It would be better IMO if regardless of price, each type of board was itemized on the settlement sheet so there is no confusion from the seller thinking "my material is missing". They did add some $$ to my check and its on its way. So thanks for taking care of it.
Sorry for the confusion. Yes the two are priced the same way, weighed once, and accounted for once.
Virtually no one removes those anymore, maybe less than 2% of shipments have them. From internal controls perspective, it is easier to do it the alternate way.

We have been doing it this way now for atleast a year or two.

    Glad it was resolved!

don't get me wrong I use your service on the regular but you may want to adjust your pricing to reflect that........There is .15 cents difference between cd/dvd boards and large socket mboards........I also assumed mine were being mixed with large socket which I didn't have a problem with........Thanks again for continued service

I'm having the same issue but worse, especially when the network boards were either not recorded or bundled with something else.

Gotcha! Just had someone drop off tell me the difference between the site and forum pricing of $.15/lb. Next price adjustment I will inflate a category to "make it up". Is impossible for us to track it down at this point.

This guy never returned my message, then proceeds to post here which shows he ignored my message. It has been weeks!

SO I decide to send anyway, arrives on a Thursday, they process it the following Tuesday morning, here we are Wed 36 hours later and no payment has been issued. I was not happy with the sorting breakout, which I have always been happy with.

Needless to say I will never sell them a single thing ever again, customer lost. Time to try other buyers!

    Hello
It is unreasonable to accuse me of ignoring messages. Please understand I personally don't handle all emails. I do NOT ignore emails. As a company, we DON'T ignore messages. You have been a long time customer, I am surprised this is your belief.

I see one message from a few weeks back
"Do you buy batteries of any kind? Cell phones? Do the phones have to be disassembled or?

    Thanks "

I had emailed you back saying please email the inquiry in with specifics so we can price it out.

Can you PM me the details of the lot # so I can look into it?

I think I know what your email address is... I just checked our inbox and all I see is the acceptance of the shipping quote, nothing else. Where are you sending the emails to?

Happy to work towards a resolution here!

No I was never paid, just send my payment based on your sorting and I will be out of your hair. I'm done, no time to nickle and dime over a test sample. These type of packages are sent for a reason.

It isn't about being in our hair... it is about us doing what we said we were going to do. I found your lot, it is similar to previous lots in overall value. I am not sure what you mean by test sample?

I can't assist you with anything if you don't clarify. I have no emails from you regarding anything on this lot other than accepting the shipping quote.

Regarding not answering your question, I don't even see any batteries in this lot, which was your question you had inquired about, which I didn't get an email regarding that.

I have checked spam, as well as junk, no emails. Do you have an alternate email you are sending emails from?
Who/where are the emails going to and from where?

When I say "I have no emails from you" I am not insinuating they weren't sent. We physically can't locate them or have not seen them... meaning not in our possession or overlooked if you are sending from another email, not registered to you account and may be ending up in junk/spam.

    Thanks!

Test sample = this is an alias (my bulk is sent under my actual name/info, this is a friends I use with permission). If you notice I use this info once a year in small batches to verify my large crates will yield well.

The message I sent you was here on this site, and it was never returned here on this site. No private messages were returned, however after it was sent I saw you posting here which was aggravating. I appreciate the phone call and apologize I am not able to take it.

I am not here to bash you, and I hope nobody uses my experience to judge theirs. You have been great over the years honestly.

I received the payment, so I thank you for that. I think I am leaving the scrap business all together with.
