Went in person on Tuesday. Everyone was nice and helpful. I will be back someday, hopefully soon. Converters are my life, computer scrap is just a secondary activity.

I don't believe I've ever left a review and decided it was time I did. I sent my first shipment to Mario in December of 2012 and the most recent was October 2020. In those roughly 8 yrs. I've sent Mario +/-24 shipments. The majority of those shipments were a single full pallet. Until now, I have never let it be known to Mario that the person on this forum known as Flinthills was the same person who had sent those shipments. Has everything always went smoothly? No it hasn't. However, a reasonable person would expect some hiccups along the way. Especially when the time span, amount of material shipped and the nature of the business is taken into consideration. When I say "nature of the business", I'm referring to the fact that one can't pick up a dictionary and find a cut and dried definition of, for example, mid grade telecom. However, I always keep an accurate written inventory of each shipment. When I'm not sure if I'm sending mid or low grade telecom, I'll also take a couple photos of the questionable material to jog my memory at a later date should it be necessary. By doing that (inventory) we have always been able to reach an agreement that was fair to myself and Mario. To summarize, I've always found Mario to be an honest person. Ps. Mario, I see it has been nearly 2 yrs since my last shipment. Ewaste has always been just something to keep me busy. Now that I'm approaching 70 yrs of age, I've found it doesn't take as much to keep me busy as it once did. I've been working on a pallet to send. I remember the price list contained other items like gold tab, flat backs and other types of chips with different prices did all of those now count as ICs?

Where are you seeing a list dated 8/20? I am about ready to ship a load of e-waste out and am shopping around for buyers. Is this not a current price list?

Sent in my first load to Ewasted after probably an 8 year gap, I can't remember. Still a smooth process and excellent pricing on the telecom boards I sent in. Made a good profit. Will be sending another shipment to him soon, best in the business hands down.

Don't know what happened, I sent a box that was delivered to you on 2/6/23 and have not heard a thing from you yet a full month later (19 business days).
... sorry for the delay. We are slowly getting things back to normalcy. We are extremely short staffed.... we could use 10 people yesterday.
There are a few straggling lots, yours one of them, that will be complete first half of next week.

I may be mistaken .... but i believe the new magic number for shipping FedEx has been reduced from 70 lbs to 50 lbs. That's the sweet spot where you get your best shipping rates per pound.
No two scales will weigh exactly the same so best bet is to limit packages to no more than 45 lbs.
50 lbs isn't exactly light ... but it should be a safe manageable weight for everyone that has to handle the package once it leaves your shop.

As always ... wear a back brace, lift with your legs & not your back, and do a two person lift whenever possible. The dolly wheeler is your friend !

I want to say thank you to Mario and crew for the great and quick service received last week. He took the time to explain a couple of questions I had about current grading structures. The processing was fast and fair. I will gladly deal with Mario again but think I will just ship the goods. My a$$ was dragging after a 16 hr turn around towing the trailer through the hills of Pa!!
