What in the world is P/S 4ft?

A yard in my area has a long a detailed price list with several different categories of everything - I was looking over the price list and just couldn't figure this one out.

What is P/S 4ft? I tired google-ing it to no avail.

heres a link to a picture I took for context.

    Prepared, or prepped steel?

That's my guess. If I'm right shout it to all. If I'm not..just forget I posted.

sounds like what we call short iron..around here that would be anything that is as thick as a lawn mower deck or thicker..and is no more than 4 feet long by 4 foot wide..some yards it will be 4 feet long by 2 feet wide..it will depend on your yard....it is always best to ask your yard, you will find most yards are happy to tell you how they want there metal....oh yeah as sir scrapsalot said above, id say ps stands for prepared steel...it is called something different in different areas...prepared steel, prepped steel, short iron, prepared plate...just depends on where you are at
