    scrap metal prices

    Have anyone heard what the market is doing for the month of November.I scrap cars here in NC and the prices plummeted in September and i am buyin an holding wondering if the prices may go back up soon don't know how much longer I can do this without selling. Thanks.

    I'm not too sure. I know PMs have been taking a hit. Ewasted lowered his prices also so that is an indicator of what's ahead. As for ferrous I have no clue I can only guess.

    i had been getting up to $210/ton this summer then recently took in a load at $130/ton and was like holy crap!

    prices on the rise

    Prices has risen here in NC have your prices gone up in other states.

    Prices went up a bit last week. Now to wait and see what they do now that the election is over.

    Scrap iron went up but copper seems to be going lower

    Prices here (Denver) are up $25-$30 a net ton

    Copper just dropped $1.19/lb at 8:00.

    Copper i saw on kitco dropped 34% but checked comex and it only dropped .05 kitco ****ed up a couple weeks ago and dropped 1.20 not trusting it anymore
