Okay so i picked up this commercial freezer from a client (obviously doesn't work. The compressor died) It's not worth trying to fix because the parts are more then what i could sell it for and i'm curious to either split it into parts and sell individually or as a whole, and what i should get per pound if i sell whole.

If you sell it whole you will get sheet iron price for it. Cut the cord and misc wires underneath it and pull the fan motor, and alum rails from the doors if they have any. The yard I use will recover the refridgerant from it

depending on make model the parts may be worth quite a bit sub zero parts alone make parting them out awesome
btw depending on the model it may be worht it to fix repairclinic.com cheap parts and free schematics

we thought about doing a designated day of Monday thinking people bought appliances on the weekends, but usually that's our busiest day of the week with cars, no reason other than the cars mean more to me than the appliances

that is one reason i still prefer truck/trailer combo i can move both and route accordingly
do you have any idea how many times i"ve picked up a washer and seen the neighbors junker on blocks

I have fridge envy the more I see that thing.
Stop the insanity! Tho..on the brightside..I'd need a trailer to turn that into a traveling cooler.

lol thanks guys I cant take credit for it, steve came up with it one day while I was taking in a load and then we carried it in, ill try to take a new picture of it tomorrow, all of our complete socket sets(and we have a lot of them) are on the top shelf on the inside, we hung a tool bag on the side for screwdrivers, loose sockets and ratchets 1/2 in the left box, 3/8 in the middleand 1/4 in the right. pliers, cutters, allen packs and everything else are in the lower drawers of the boxes

I don't know what type of freezer you have, but I usually save the handles, casters, shelves, and anything else like that parts-wise to sell on ebay. There are also switches, thermometers, motors, etc to save too. Commercial appliances are so expensive that used parts sell pretty easily. It all depends on what you have though.

part it out. Someone here gave me that advise recently and it was well worth the effort. whatever i didn't sell in a month i scrapped.
