Scrapyard prices in Calgary area? Spokane area?

My boys and I have been processing copper, brass and aluminum all summer for this years college tuition for them. Its just about time to sell the stuff and I'm curious about non-ferrous pricing in Calgary. Who's the best payer?

Actually, I'm looking for the best price I can get--if I have to go to Spokane I'll do that too, if getting scrap across the border isn't a huge issue... (I've never tried it...comments?)

Anyone in these areas who can comment?

How did you make out? I am from Edmonton and was talking to a guy in Calgary that seemed to have pretty good prices. Did you sell in Calgary?

Sorry, didn't see your reply when you posted it.

Haven't sold yet. Phoned around a bit, wasn't overwhelmed with pricing. It all seemed pretty low, considering I have to drive 4-5 hours to get to anywhere to sell. But the way things are going, it seems that everyone is predicting pricing doom and gloom going into the winter. I may just hang on until next spring unless I'm forced to sell...
