Why don't you call your local scrap yard? Prices across the country are irrelevant. You didn't list your general location in your profile so we really can't be of much help.
Do you actually have any Low Alpha Lead? If so, where'd you get it?

I doubt anybody really cares, but I thought the "behind the scenes" story on this was interesting. "Low Alpha Lead" is generally the result of lead that has been submerged for a looong time and can be very valuable. The OP PM'd me "congratulating" me on my reply. Come to find out, he claims to be in England and the lead is several tons in a shipwreck at the bottom of the ocean. He is considering if it's worth salvaging. I advised him to first check "salvage rights" of his country.
