    Gold plated brass

    Can anyone tell me how much gold plated brass goes for?

    Save it up, put it in your "OMG it's gold bucket" and when full, send to a toll refiner to refine for you.
    Most yards will just give you reg. brass price for it, Or even worse, dirty brass.

    That would depend...
    What the item is,
    quantity of items you have
    & the quality / thickness of the gold plate.

    There is no easy formula.

    They are solid state protectors. I guess they are used for protecting large quantities of networks or different types of powered systems. I have 49 pounds of them.from what I could research they are gold plated. And the length of the plugs run throug the plastic body. The plugs are played through out.

    ...either bash with a hammer and sell the gold plated pins on Ebay, or you might check the Buyer's section for current pricing on gold plated connectors and see if someone near you buys them at a decent price. Be sure and send a pic to your buyer of choice to make sure they classify them as gold connectors...
