Thank,s for your idea and info.I would find it very helpfull,to keep up on pricing and buyers.
Be careful melting silver contacts. Most of them are 80% silver, 20% Cadnium (pevents arc burns). Breathing the fumes from the Cadnium is super bad news.
does anyone have any contact info on the place computerscrapper is talking about tried google searches and got nothing but a bunch of ads for free escrap recyclers any help would be appreciated thanks
Tried to PM you computer scrapper, but i am not worthy apparently. i would like to get contact info for Bruce. i was able to find Bruce Opdahl owner of crc through some booleans, but no direct contact for the business. i own a computer repair business in VA, and have several hundred pounds of separated scrap. please advise...
I'm not computerscrapper but here's an email address for bruce. Your welcome,,,myriapodbco@yahoo.com
good afternoon I'm interested in upgrading electronic scrap prices; mothrboards, cell phone boards, gold fingers, hard boards, ram memory and processors. I owe the quick response since I have ability to get from 4000 to 6000 lbs per month
What they said was.
The hoffmans need to move on average 80 cubic yards of dirt to get 1 oz of gold. Where if they recycled 1 ton of cell phones they would have 8oz's of gold.
But of course they dont factor in time, the fact not all is recovered ect.
Here on Long Island they are not offering any real money from places I inquired of. $2.50 to $5.00 for rams, $4.00 to $7.00 for mother boards, up to $11.00 a lbs for CPU depending on which ones.
