Processing hasn't gone down if it cost you 42-45 dollars a ton to shred material last year or the year before. That cost is the same. The price of off road diesel has gone down that's really it but if you're moving 30-40 percent less scrap you don't really have a cost savings because you aren't making huge money every month. You have the same overhead no matter if you were moving 10,000 tons and now your only moving 7000 tons a month. Cranes are sitting instead of moving. If you don't have industrial customers you don't have material. The peddler is non existent.
