I would start calling around to get the best prices. If you had posted this last week, you might have found a yard short on a contract and willing to pay more. A little research will tell you when the next Iron Age Index will be posted. Since I am not knowledgeable of the yards on the east coast, the only other advice I have is to be honest. If you quote a weight and cannot produce, you will get racked over the coals. Good luck.
