    Aluminum Prices Suck!

I had to get rid of some aluminum as not enough space. Clean Cast $.40, Clean Extruded $.55, Clean Sheet $.49 these prices have the bonus + $.10 pricing so the price would have been even worse...

Heat sinks Thurs. afternoon brought $.53 at my non-ferrous guy, cans $.50. They've certainly been worse than that the last couple of years. Hobo- fill that space you vacated with the aluminum with #2 copper...

Aluminum prices on the market have gone from about .70 to 1.00 over the past 2 and a half years and you can barely tell with scrap prices. I think its been all of a .10 range between high and low in that time. .45 sheet/cast and .55 extruded/cans. Nickel is up like crazy and you can't tell by the scrap prices on stainless.
