    Cars in my area jumped $20.00 last week
    Currently $140.00 a ton (2000 pounds)

    It was great to see my local large yard jump from .065 cents to .09 in last couple weeks. ChaChing!

    One yard here in denver matched our top paying shred price of $140 yesturday. So the original yard that has been paying $140 wont settle to even be tied in forst so they upped their shred price to $145/ton
    Lol. The problem is they auck and i mean holy crap bad on non ferrous. For instance aluminum accroas the board is .15/lb, #1 copper is $1.75 plumbers brass is $1. Absolutely horrible.

    But the matching yard has the highest payout in most non ferrous catagories on top of high shred price.

    They pay over 80 cents a pound on non paineted thick extrusion. Beat that ****. Cray cray
