    Scrapping in Memphis

    I got these prices today for plumber scrap:

    #1 copper . . . $2.70

    #2 copper . . . $2.57

    yellow brass . $1.62

    My yard is paying $2.90/lb for #2. Which I thought was pretty decent. And that is at the "higher paying" yard. My guess is the lower paying yard by me is prob also at similar prices to what this guy got.

    Brass seems about the same at my yard as what you got, the copper might be a smidge low, but hey, that's how she goes.

    Here in Las Vegas I paid 3.66 for the copper #1 I bought today, 3.55 for #2 and 2.39 for yellow brass
