if only. I think it depends on a lot of things. dont know if I would make that bold of a prediction. with current cercomstances. the Christmas seasion may help a little if it is higher then last year, if it is lower it could hurt and big. however
scrap prices dont realyt rely in christmass as much as world economy and building which is always down in winter. also if people dont buy durable goods, ( appliances and cars) it could be a long winter and a long 2012, 13, 14, and 15. It is predicted by the whole salers food will go up 20 t0 50% due to world floods and drout, that will hurt disposable incomes.
if the chinese and Indian economys brop, so will scrap. if it stays the same , yes they will buy cars, but most of both countrys have no electrical grid like we do so they dont buy appliances, only build them and sell them to us. and we aint buyin.
