    Power strips surge protectors prices

I just came across 500 pounds of used surge protectors. They have 6 to 12 feet of cords and the plastic box with 6 to ten outlets. What are they worth in your area and should I sell just the cable or the whole power strip? I called a few places in the fort worth area and they said anywhere from .40 to 1.10 a pound. Any help will be appreciated and I did a search and could not find prices.

Also, I may try to sell some of them on eBay or Craigslist, but they do not seem to be bringing anywhere near what new ones cost.

I tried selling them at the fleamarket and couldn't sell one. I broke them down, brass, copper and insulated wire. Best of luck, Mike.

Welcome to the forum and as stated do the introduction part!

Now I am in North Dallas and what I can tell you from knowing this market...they are not the fastest thing that sells....but keeping a few on hand is smart...I have sold a few here and there over time....computer shops would like to buy them at times and a few places like that (who needs alot of plugs and or use retail shops)

Thanks for the info and I am headed to the intro page.. I have not tried gachman, but they do have a nice yard. I usually go to americian recycling. They have good prices and easy loading and unloading.
