    Light iron general pricing

    Is there anywhere on the internet that lists general prices for light iron? I don't want to be calling the scrap yard every single day & bothering them constantly, but if I could see a general trend, them I could call occasionally when I have some to turn in & get a hard price......

    Well, I can go on the internet and find the gold spot price.....why not scrap metal prices. Beats calling the yard every day.....

    scrap yards don't advertise there prices because it all depends on tonnage you bring in and the price they are getting for there shredd and they dont want there competition to know there prices either. Pretty much common sense.
