    New Favorite Yard!

First off I have to thank KZBell for posting his prices at Rocky Mountain Recycling back in February. I needed a new place to take batteries to as my normal yard does not take them and the .28 per lb RMR was paying in February was good enough for me.

I have to say this is the nicest/neatest yard I have ever been to. The six covered, paved slips for the small scales is fantastic! I pulled in and had 3 guys (that all spoke english) come and offer to help.

I had 13 batteries that weighed in at 517 pounds. Ended up getting paid .31 per pound and a total of 160.27 on them. Man I have been getting ripped off on those recently. Also had 10 lbs of Al/Cu radiators at $1.52 per lb. Nothing better than making about fifty dollars more than you expected!
