Picked up a 28lb cylinder of CFM. I'm assuming it's R-22 although not marked as such. Does anyone know if I need to be certified to SELL it?

People may laugh at me, but that's ok. I laugh all the way to the bank.

This may help Mick.

Kind of hard to read but looks like R-22 on the cylinder. Pretty good match to the chart.
Acording to Wiki Chlorofluoromethane is Freon 31. Chlorodifluoromethane or difluoromonochloromethane is R-22.

That'd be it, Mick. R-22 is highly sought after (higher price). But ya never know who is looking, check out freelance hvac guys. (just a suggestion)
Mick, those disposable tanks weigh 7 pounds empty. You can probably get by with a one time sale on CL. Price it around 6 bucks a pound to unload it quickly.
Thanks, Joe. I was wondering. It says it's a 30lb container but it weighs 28 lbs total. Now I know how much is product is left.
The current price for a full drum is $325-330 +tax
I'd be happy with $100. The guy wanted me to take it two years ago when I picked up a load of boat motors and parts. This time I told him I'd take it just to get it off his hands. Figured I could get rid of it SOMEWHERE.
