    Quick question about Licensing?

Okay well I saw this ad, FREE SCRAP!!! and said you must be a Licensed Scrapper. Are you even able to be licensed as a Scrapper? I know that ya need insurance if you go in someone's house, because my dad installs carpet in peoples houses and he has insurance. But if you do need to be licensed, how would you go about doing that anyway?

People may laugh at me, but that's ok. I laugh all the way to the bank.

You need to determine the definitions of "scrap processor and recycling facility".

So I got to get licensed because of that? I read the article but it doesn't say anything about being licensed, and I don't have to worry about that, I don't steal from churches or Cemeteries or anywhere.
