I strip all the plastic off of computer cases and recycle it but my yard does not require it. Same thing when i part out cars. I had a car rejected once because i didnt cut a hole in the gas tank and another load rejected for not having a title for a car, but i was able to get both of those issues taken care of and sold all the steel.
