Testing an Apple wirless card on Windows?

Is it possible to test a wireless Airport card for a Mac on Windows? I got a bunch of them in a load of iMacs and no idea if they work but would be cheap shipping if they did.

People may laugh at me, but that's ok. I laugh all the way to the bank.

They may or may not work with Windows. The end user would have to find a driver to make them work, where as Mac OS 9 and OS X already contain the needed software. You would do better selling them as an original Apple/Mac wifi card. The market for them is still very good, as Apple no longer sells them. Average price for a Gen 1 Apple Airport card ranges from $10 to $30. Or...you could just give them to me...

If this helps the airport Airports use a Broadcom chipset, with a bit of tinkering will run in Linux.

How many of these iMacs did you pick up and what style are they? If they are 'slot load' G3 iMacs, you should at least pull the PAV boards for resale, especially if they have been tested to power up. They are hard to find and worth quite a bit. Unlike PC's, there is always a market for Apple/Mac stuff. The older the parts, the more they are worth.

They're all iBooks and G4's (2001 - 5). So far I got 57 (more today). Tried selling to a local laptop buyer. He didn't even want them. Apparently, he buys to repair and resell.
