    fairly certain they are all lead. if they are in reasonable condition, you should have no problem finding a buyer for much more than scrap value.

    There are 3 types of fishing weights, lead, steel, and tungsten.

    not sure I've seen any made of steel, but then, it's been a lonnnggggg time since I've browsed the fishing department. Are tungsten and lead easily distinguished from each other?

    W (tungsten) is hard real hard and brittle cause it is rarely melted int shapes it is sinister as a powder with nickel. Lead is not.

    I thought they would move to Zinc like the wheel weights did.
