    List of different metals

    Has anyone put a list of all the different metals to recycle

    look up your yards website. they should have a list of accepted material.
    this is what my yard accepts: Capital Scrap Metal – Materials Accepted

    Also look at our buyers page...lots of escrap that most yards wont take..if they do its for next to nothing..

    There's a number of links to sites which list the different metals, grades, identification etc. You'd have to look around though, I don't have them listed or bookmarked, or even their names, or what threads they're in, sorry about that, but I do know there around here somewhere ; )

    That's really interesting NWO, thanks for posting that. I actually found the list of things they DO NOT accept to be as interesting as the ones they do ; )
