    Any info on this would help

    Can you tell me what this could have came off besides a tractor the tire on it is a 10x38 size

    Matt, when I used to do farm cleanouts in the Dakotas I ran into a lot of those. They were originally off tractors and implements with steel wheels. Most farmers modified them by welding the old centers to rubber tired rims.
