Most you'd pay for a tower?

I know each computer is different as far as yield goes, but I'm just wondering how much I should be willing to pay for an old computer for scrap. I've been collecting free stuff to break down but I'm stopping at the thrift store today and I'm just curious about where I should set my limit

    Thanks

please respect the forum and its members . This question is easily available in the archives. it had been asked at lest 1001 times. but your answer is "as little as possable just like the price of a car.

$ 5.00 or less for a full tower. do you know what a full tower is ? the scrap value of computers are dropping at this time.

True but in my opinion now is the time to buy....All the part timers and gold diggers might be shy about buying but I'm in full on buy mode.......I have several hundred towers right now and looking to buy as many as I can and work on em when it warms up a tad here....Oh well my .02 worth So don't take anything I say to heart
