my local yard will drop off a dumpster for me and pick it up when its full for $100. He weighs the container empty/full to determine the amount of steel, deducts the $100 and sends me the rest or I can go pickup a check. The amount of steel I can put in 1 dumpster would take me a number of trips with a truck/trailer so it actually saves me a lot of time/money on big jobs. Other yards I use locally dont offer this service.
