Out of State Aluminum can recycling

Thanks for the people who defended me. I was really just passing the time at work and thought i would see if anyone was up for discussing the topic. I never claimed it was right, i haven't seen the Seinfeld episode, i am no newbie when it comes to google, and i was really just curious as to what stops the residents in the border states from doing this. There is no way i am even remotely close enough to do so. God forbid i start a random discussion on a slow day at work. Plus even if i do google something i still prefer the discussion and feedback i receive here. It's much more entertaining. And if it's a waste of time for some people to respond then they should not respond. Nothing like going out of your way to be a Richard.
