    Power Supply Value

I have a big box of computer power supplies (the aluminum boxes with all the cables) and I'm wondering whether they're generally worth more for scrap whole, or disassembled?

    Thanks for your help!

    Power Supply Value

only you can determine if its more valuable one way or the other. what does your yard pay for them either way, what is your time worth and so on. doing a search on power supplies will give you a round about idea and knowing what part of the world your in makes a huge difference also. The question has been answered at least a few times in the past. There is a world of knowledge here, you just have to look for. I don't want this to sound rude, its not, we are all very friendly here but you can determine your paycheck.

    happy scrapping

also check those cases with a magnet, they're probably not aluminum.

If you're in an area that's near enough to a buyer, you might do best to save them up along with hard drives and other stuff to pay for a road trip. Around me the yards won't even consider em more than shred
