Aluminum Question

I've got a few pieces of aluminum that look like they *might* be worth more than scrap, but I'm not sure. Some 1/8" aluminum L shaped pieces, 2-3 foot long, some 1/4" thick x 1" wide lengths of bar, and some sheets of aluminum, mostly 1/8" approximately 8x12, like you might see on electronics...nice reusable pieces. I also have a heavy hunk of 1/4" sheet that is has been formed into an L shape approximately 1 foot tall and wide on the upright portion and it bends to have a 1 foot tall and 1 foot wide "foot". Also some assorted plate odds and ends, none much bigger than above, and drilled to have holes. The only prices I can find on aluminum sheets are the ones online, and those make me think they might be worth more even if this is low end metal. I can't think of a use for them personally, so the only other real option I have is craigslist and to ask for more than scrap...but that is a large part of my question here...how much and is it even worth it?

alum is about 45 cents a lb scrap clean you can google alum thickness n how many lbs per square foot so you have baseline of scrap value. then you can up value an sell to maby boat builders or someones home project. many peeps make stuff from alum like a bbq pit

you do best to start with some photos, here or there either, I wouldn't attempt to sell an item online without good clear photos ; )

It sounds like you're describing drops. If so, they don't have much resale value as most company's require certs for their metal. You can always try to Ebay them.

Here are the pieces....that's a standard sized piece of drywall for reference. I've also got a piece of aluminum pipe approximately 5 feet long, 3" wide, prob 3/16" wall. Is that worth anything above scrap? Thanks all!

I'd suggest trying on craigslist for awhile, just pick a price, maybe a hobbiest or tinker will pick up on it. I kinda doubt you'll come out on ebay, after fees and shipping
I was tearing down a very old server from NASA once, and on 4 levels of it had a 1/4" plate, don't recall the size for sure, maybe two ft by a little more. They were heavy as hek, for the longest time I thought they were stainless steel and wondered if I'd ever find an armored car builder that would use it (I worked with a guy in Dallas once who'd did that for a place there) but never really tried to find one. They stayed mostly just stacked away, I hauled em from TN to OK when I moved. Got to wondering one day if it was SS or aluminum and stuck a drill to it ( I'd wondered too what a bullet would do but never did try that ; ), the drill went through too easy for SS. I wound up just scrapping them one day, think I got about 20 bucks for the 4
