    Depends how far they have to transport it. Now lets take a closer look at what really is going on. If you read the article it states new laws passed would cost them $100M in new equipment. Instead of doing so they decided to close. Yet again another law costing american jobs. So instead of them spending $100M because of new clean are laws. We now have to send the lead outside of country to be smelted in another country who could care less about the polution at all. Let alone the transportation polution.
