    catalytic converter scrapping price

    Hello I cut the cat's off my 97 suburban so how much are they worth I have 2 of them Thanks

    Can anyone tell me why aftermarket are almost worthless? don't they have the same stuff? (I got $1 for my last one and this site is only $6)

    they have the same stuff but much lower amounts. Thats why originals last 5-10+ years and aftermarkets last 2-3 years if your lucky. Our shop sells new aftermarkets and thats about as long as they last. New OEM can cost thousands. Aftermarkets are 150-300 new.

    Aftermarkets are Cheap cheap. I hear a bird....

    catalytic converter scrapping price

    speaking of birds. I had a little one tell me of a company that is getting rid of a bunch (100?) of a new, never used (most never assembled) industrial (aprox 3" thick 18" diameter [different sizes]) cats.

    If anyone has a few grand laying around I'll get you the name.

    aftermarket ones dont have hardly anything good in them.I get 7 for them but they are almost not worth taking to time to cut off lol.

    Everyone post up these converter buyer links **** i need to make a website since everyone knows i mess with them but never seem to get a single one from anyone on here lol.

    I was just trying to find the OP a buyer with pic's and noticed that one was in the same state, they are not anyone I deal with.

    i dont use them just saying seems everyone likes to selling to someone they dont know and that has a website.Guess i need to get one made lol.

    Try and find a core buyer. Thats what i do. Just sold 6 misc cats and got 520 bucks. The large bread loaf (GM) cats are worth around 100 bucks here. I had two of those in the mix lol funny cause the one car cost me 50 bucks.

    yeah theres a guy on craiglist that says he buys them but just going on craiglist people id say its worth it to take a cut. so at a scrap yard there not going to give top dollor
