    thats exactly what it means weigh a length of the wire complete then strip the copper out of it then weight the the copper you get from it divide weight of the clean copper by the original weight and you will have your reclaim percentage (48 grams copper divided by 132 complete weight = 36.3653636 percent) thats just an example and not based on anything else
